Our outstanding teaching staff, alumni network, and pupil volunteers are the most invaluable resource at the Foundation. However, we are also fortunate to possess a fantastic estate filled with specialist equipment as well as funding to support fully funded spaces at our schools, all of which our community can benefit from.  We strive to share our resources with our community as much as we can and aim to facilitate enriching experiences through festivals, performances, private functions, sporting events and bursaries.

Transformation Through Bursaries

The Foundation’s bursary funds embody our aims and values. It is an inspired initiative that ensures the benefits of a Warwick education continues to be available to as wide a community as possible, regardless of their means. Bursaries provide transformational outcomes, not only for recipients, but also by promoting diversity, opportunity, and inclusiveness across the Foundation’s schools. 

Supporting Sport

Sports events are a great way to enable children in our community who may not have access to professional facilities to enhance their PE and extracurricular experience by utilising the Foundation's facilities.

Additionally, these sports events enable children with competition-level aspirations to compete with similarly abled peers and further their skillset, while outreach to Physical Education teaching provides professional development opportunities for teachers and promotes the sharing of best practise across the Warwickshire education sector.

Warwick School has proudly hosted a series of hockey festivals, inviting over 200 year 5’s and 6’s from local schools across Warwickshire and Leamington. During these festivals, children are invited to a non-competitive day of workshops led by specialist coaches where they can develop their hockey skills and engage in a series of mini-play-offs against each other and Foundation students.

Warwick School also host rugby tournaments, giving local clubs a space to compete in friendly tournaments against each other in pre-season.

In addition to supporting the pursuit of sport through the use of our grounds, we have been able to deliver sports sessions to CV34 primary schools through the appointment of a new sports outreach officer - Mr Thorne - who attends three local schools per week and leads a variety of PE sessions to multiple year groups in each school.

The support provided to the children is tailored to each school's need and sporting ability, to ensure each lesson is delivered in a way that will benefit the maximum number of pupils.
