On Friday 12 June, students from across all year-groups at King's High took part in a creative thinking day, with a host of activities to engage in.
As part of their Pre-University projects, some of our King's High girls have been working on architecture presentations.
Freddie, in Year 3 at Warwick School, and Ottilie, in Year 1 at Warwick Prep, have been working hard with their family to build a bridge, inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's self-supporting bridge. They did a great job!

As part of their PSHEE work, King's High Year 9 girls have been researching good news stories locally, nationally and internationally and presenting their stories creatively to their teachers via live webinar.
Jake in Year 9 at Warwick School has used his time in lockdown to develop new skills.
As part of their Philosophy of the Mind unit, boys in Year 8 at Warwick School were asked to submit an assignment based on the question 'Is my teacher a robot?'. Mrs Jacka has chosen Alex and Isaac's assignments to showcase as outstanding pieces of work, and was relieved that both boys concluded that she was indeed human!
King's High's Cafe Scientifique leadership team and Mrs Sims have been keeping in touch and reflecting on the speakers they have had so far. The girls have taken the opportunity to write blog posts about each one.

During Year 11's last Relgious Studies class at King's High, they did a bumper virtual RS quiz, including music rounds, picture rounds, knowledge rounds and more. Although it got competitive at times, Tabby won the title of "RS champion"!
